ONE NEW CHANGE ROOFTOP YOGA...
What do you get if you combine a stunning roof top terrace with yoga? That’s it, rooftop yoga. If that puts the dog in your downward facing doo-dar then you must get involved in this. The One New Change rooftop will be transformed into an outdoor yoga studio for one morning only this Sunday 25th June. Zen in the City sees One New Change join forces with neighbours Blue Cow Yoga to bring you two yoga sessions on the roof, overlooking the spectacular dome of St Paul’s Cathedral. All this is to help raise money for The Prince’s Trust. You don’t need to be an expert either, these two classes are available for beginners too. There are just 50 places available, 25 in each. Participants will also be offered free frozen yogurt from Wasabi and free skincare products by Balance Me – Yoga has never been so rewarding!
To take part, simply visit www.onenewchange.com and book your place for either the ‘energising’ or ‘tranquil’ class. You’ll be asked for a suggested donation of £10 on the day for The Prince’s Trust, One New Change’s charitable partner. Both classes start at 11.00am and last for one hour and yoga mats will be provided.

2.8 HOURS LATER RETURNS...
Some of you may recall last year's post when Londontheinside took on real life Zombies in the game 2.8 Hours Later and won. Well if you don't you can read all about it here or better still you can book your own Zombie challenge as 2.8 Hours is returning this Winter to London and whilst October/November may seem a long time away, this is a pretty popular game and will sell out fast.
As always the locations and route are a closely guarded secret and the event ends with a Zombie Disco. Tickets go on sale Tuesday 12th June and cost £24/28 plus booking fee. But be warned people these are actually sh**t scary events and you need to be on you're toes at all times.

SUGARHOUSE STUDIOS...
The guys at Assemble, who brought us Cineroleum and Folly For a Flyover, have come up with a brand new pop-up cinema venture Sugarhouse Studios housed within a building that is scheduled to be demolished next year.
Sugarhouse Studios was previously a sign-writer's workshop just off Stratford High Street - a stone's throw from the Olympic Park - before they got their hands on it and transformed it into a 200 seat picture house.
As well as showing films, they'll also be mixing cocktails and serving food too, with pizzas from £4 and cocktails from £3.50 - much better value than the popcorn in our local multiplex! Upcoming films include retro classics like Sparrows Can't Sing and Pool of London but much more than movies too, with the South East Asian Feast evening, funk and soul performances, supper clubs, talks and performances.
It's open from now until the end of July. For full listings, visit the website

PING!...
On 29th June London will literally go PING! As PING London set up ping pong tables across landmarks, squares, estates, train stations, shopping centers and even at Heathrow Airport. What the PING for you scream. Well PING want to make the biggest pong possible to encourage fun, ping pong action in general with 'random acts of ping pong', ping pong master classes where you can watch and play against Olympic hopefuls and even meet your future partner in PING's 'Meet your Lover single matches'.
If that pings your pong all you need to do is turn up at one of the many free events and pick up a bat. REMEMBER return your bats and balls for others to enjoy, dont be a pong and ping people off.
Kicking off on Friday 29th June with a party in the Square at Finsbury Avenue Square from 12pm - 2pm.
During which you can take on the Olympians, and if you win a point against them you win a cocktail. There will also be a world record attempt for the ‘Most Participants in a Table Tennis Rally’.

BESPOKE AT THE SANDERSON...
You know that feeling when you go into a bar but there is nothing on the menu you fancy and you don't quite know what you want? Sound familiar? Well fear not because Bespoke at the Purple Bar in the swish Sanderson hotel launched this month which enables punters to create their very own personalised cocktails - no menus here!
The mixologists are some of the best we've come across and they can recommend ingredients based on every customer's own tastes and mood. We recently visited and they knocked up a fresh rhubarb, gin, apple and champagne concoction which we named The Tart - Almost as sexy as the bar's surrounds which have been created to look like a jewellery box with plush dark interiors and a mirrored bar.
Take your cocktail drinking up a level.
